What happens in a Doodle + Tranquility Workshop? -This workshop begins with a quick presentation about the mental benefits of doodling. Then our group is guided through a calming, mindful drawing activity. While we draw, we discuss any feelings that may come up when we draw. Then we play fun doodling games to encourage some spontaneous artistic expression. Our session concludes with an interconnected-energy-doodle created by the entire group.
